The Winter Carnival was a great success! Thank you to all of the volunteers under the wonderful leadership of Amanda Spears and Kelly Wysocki. It's always a fun time!
On Thursday we began Parent-Teacher Conferences. I am so pleased we have this opportunity to meet with you twice per year. So much changes from November to March. We value you as our partners in your child's education. Did you see some tips for conferences in the Flash? Here they are again. This is a checklist with some good topics to cover.
Today we celebrated Wear Green to honor St. Patrick's Day or Mix and Match or even both! The children are having fun with regularly scheduled spirit days this year. Here are some pics:
My favorite time is spent with our students. I read a Kwame Alexander book, The Acoustic Rooster and His Barnyard Band, to Mrs. Dion's class today. It was so much fun!
Thank you for having me!
Thank you for your feedback from the Site Council Survey. Feedback will inform our School Improvement Plan for 2018-2020.
For those who celebrate St. Patrick's Day, it is a fun holiday, isn't it... It reminds me of being a young second grade teacher. Every year a leprechaun would visit my classroom... He'd leave little footprints in chalk across my blackboard. He also left sweet treats on everyone's desk, acceptable back then... The children loved it! It sure was a different time...
I hope you have a great St. Patrick's Day!
